DERATECH has successfully completed the acceptance and deployment of two sets of robotic bending cells for our Thailand customer at their factory in Rayong Province, Thailand.

The automated robotic bending cell is designed for maximum flexibility and productivity. Equipped with a high-speed automatic gripper change system and a 7-meter walking axis, it offers an extended range of motion, allowing effortless handling of large sheet metal components. The integrated quick-change mechanism enables rapid switching between gripper tools, ensuring smooth transitions when processing sheet metals of various sizes.

Tailored for small-format sheet metal processing, this advanced bending cell combines a 70/2500 CNC double-servo hybrid press brake, a robotic arm with a seventh horizontal axis. The Robot-bending cell  highly efficient, precise and flexible production solution that delivers exceptional speed, consistency, and ease of operation — perfectly suited for modern, automated manufacturing environments.
