Deratech Group Announces New Representation Agreement

Deratech Group is pleased to announce the formalization of a new agreement concerning its market representation.

This strategic agreement aims to clarify the designated representatives within specific territories, ensuring seamless communication and effective engagement with our valued clients and partners. The agreement was officially signed by the co-founders of Deratech Group, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exemplary service and maintaining strong relationships in the markets we serve. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to enhance our operational efficiency and customer support. 1. The Brand
* The Deratech brand name will be owned by Deratech BV represented by Mr. Nico De Vooght within Europe.
* Outside of Europe, the brand name will belong to Deratech Industries BV and Deratech Machine Tool (Suzhou) Corp. Ltd., individually represented by Mr. Björn Rabiot and Mr. Thomas Wang.

2. Regional Responsibilities
Both Deratech BV and Deratech Industries BV and Deratech Machine Tool (Suzhou) Corp. Ltd.will be responsible for their respective regions(territory), ensuring that the Deratech brand is represented consistently and effectively.

3. Transition Period
For all orders dated prior to October 1, 2024, the Deratech name may still be used by all distributors / partners without restriction so ongoing orders can be executed according the respective order confirmations.

4. Original Deratech type designations
Ultima, Technica, Practica, Varia, Minibend, Dinamica, Supera, Futura, Genera, Basica.

5. Product marketing outside their respective regions(territory)
Deratech BV and Deratech Industries BV Deratech Machine Tool (Suzhou) Corp. Ltd. have the right to manufacture, promote, sell and distribute products or services under a different brand name. Utilizing colors and model names that are not confusingly similar to the original Deratech logo, colors, and model names.
