LaserSafe new system integrated on our machines.

Both IRIS and IRIS Plus models provide high performance optical protection while the tools are closing at high speed, then once the bending process starts, the optical imaging function takes over. During bending, the systems take and process images in real time and transfers data to the CNC system via SmartLink. The image processing system and software is fully contained within the IRIS and IRIS Plus receivers so no additional processing hardware or software is required.

IRIS and IRIS Plus optical imaging is a flexible, open platform technology that enables to utilise the real time image data (via SmartLink) to implement a variety of user features in the CNC system such as Bend Speed Management, Dynamic Angle Control, Active Angle Control plus much more.
