D-Alpha Laser Angle Checking System enables the user to achieve the exact bending angle without making test parts or correct the machine manually.

So the machine will produce the desired angle from the first bend. The D-Alpha system consist of 2 lasers camera’s combined with strain gauges linked to the CNC-Controller and sending the measured angle in real time to CNC to avoid that the bending operation is not interrupted. The accuracy of the camera’s is less than 0.1°.

D-Alpha Laser Angle Checking System solves automatic the variation of the different parameters that are influencing the bending process: material thickness, stress in the material, minor quality materials,… .
